Terms of Use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover the Perminal iPhone app, the Perminal web app and this website. By creating an account or using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Perminal
You must be 18 or older, and allowed by the law where you live to trade the products shown in the app. Some exchanges and markets the app connects to do not serve people in certain countries, including the United States, or people under sanctions. It is your responsibility to follow their rules and your local law. Do not use Perminal if you are not allowed to.
What Perminal is
Perminal is software: a social interface to public, on-chain markets. When you sign in, Privy creates a wallet that only you control. Your money and positions sit on Hyperliquid, a public blockchain exchange, under that wallet. Perminal never holds your money or your keys, and cannot move your money. Every order is signed on your device and sent by you to the exchange.
Perminal is not a broker, an exchange, a bank or an investment adviser. We do not execute, clear or settle trades, and we do not decide what you trade.
Your wallet and your key
You are responsible for your wallet and for keeping your phone and sign-in safe. You can export your wallet's key at any time (Settings, Security, Export keys) and use it with any other app. If you delete your account, your wallet can no longer be reached through Perminal: withdraw your money or export your key first.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Money sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network may be lost for good. Check every address and network before you confirm.
The risk
Trading perpetual futures, prediction markets and other leveraged products is very risky. With leverage a small move against you can liquidate your position, and you can lose everything you put in, quickly. Prices can move fast, exchanges and networks can stop or be slow, and software, including ours, can fail. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Not advice
Nothing in Perminal is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Theses, posts, results and leaderboards are other traders' own views and history. They are not recommendations, and past results say nothing about the future. Every trade you make, including one you open from another trader's post, is your own decision.
Fees
The exchange charges its own trading fees. If Perminal adds a fee to an order, the order ticket shows it before you confirm. Networks charge their own fees for deposits and withdrawals.
Community rules
Perminal has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, or use your name, bio or pictures for:
hate, harassment, threats or bullying · sexual or violent content · content involving minors · spam, scams, phishing, or links meant to steal money or keys · pump-and-dump schemes or other market manipulation · pretending to be someone else · sharing someone's private information · anything illegal.
Every thesis, reply and profile can be reported, and any person can be blocked; a blocked person's posts disappear for you at once. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts behind it, without notice when needed.
You keep the rights to what you post. You let Perminal show, store and share it inside Perminal and in share cards you choose to make, for as long as it is up. Delete a post and it is gone from Perminal.
Using Perminal fairly
Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Perminal, get around its limits, or use it for money laundering or anything else illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
An app in progress
Perminal is new, and parts of it are still being built. Features may change, be paused or be removed. We may pause trading in the app at any time to keep people safe; you can always close positions and withdraw, here or with any other app that works with your wallet.
Other services
Perminal relies on others: Hyperliquid for trading, Privy for sign-in and wallets, and Relay and Hyperunit for moving money between networks. Their own terms apply to how you use them, and we are not responsible for what they do or for their outages.
Ours
The Perminal name, logo, designs and software belong to Perminal. Market, company and team names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to name the markets.
Liability
Perminal is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, Perminal is not liable for trading losses, liquidations, lost money or lost profit, or for losses caused by exchanges, networks, other services or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Perminal and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Your wallet stays yours either way.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Perminal is registered.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is important. Questions or reports: email ops@perminal.com.
