Email ops@perminal.com and a person from the Perminal team will answer, usually within a day. You can also message us on X, @useperminal. Never send anyone your key or sign-in code: Perminal will never ask for them.

Where is my money?

In your own wallet, on Hyperliquid. Perminal never holds it. Your cash, positions and history are on your Profile, and anyone can check them on the blockchain with your wallet address.

A deposit has not arrived

Deposits from other networks usually take a few minutes. If one has not arrived after 30 minutes, email us the network, the amount and the transaction link, and we will trace it.

How do I withdraw?

On your Profile, tap the arrow button, choose a network and an address, and confirm.

How do I export my key?

Settings, Security, Export keys. The key lets you use your wallet in any other app. Keep it secret: anyone who has it can take your money.

How do I report a post or a person?

Tap ••• on the thesis, the reply or the profile (or press and hold the post), then Report. You can block someone from the same menu; their posts disappear for you at once. We review reports within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, Delete account. It deletes everything Perminal keeps about you. Withdraw your money or export your key first: after deletion your wallet can no longer be reached through Perminal. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
